Return Eligibility
Breach Pro accepts returns on new, unused, and unmodified products within 60 days of the original shipment date, subject to the conditions outlined below.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging, manuals, accessories, and components must be included
- Products must not show signs of installation, use, wear, or damage
Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied return or subject to a restocking fee at Breach Pro’s discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom, made-to-order, or special-configuration products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products that have been installed, used, or altered
- Training products, consumables, or items designated as non-returnable at time of sale
Return Authorization (RMA)
All returns require prior authorization.
Before returning any item, customers must contact Breach Pro to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without an RMA may be refused and returned to the sender.

Include your order number, product details, and reason for return in your request.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Breach Pro error
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method
- Breach Pro is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
Returned items must be shipped to the address provided with the RMA authorization.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, Breach Pro will notify you of approval or denial.
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method
- Refunds are issued for the product purchase price only
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days after inspection
If a restocking fee applies, it will be deducted from the refund amount.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product or an item shipped in error, contact Breach Pro immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly through replacement, repair, or refund, as appropriate.
Warranty Claims
Returns related to product performance after use may fall under warranty rather than return eligibility. Please refer to the Breach Pro Warranty Policy for additional information.
