Breach Pro Limited Lifetime Warranty
Breach Pro provides a limited lifetime warranty on its breaching tools, subject strictly to the terms, limitations, and exclusions set forth below. This warranty is not a guarantee of indefinite service life or performance and is intended to cover manufacturing defects only.
Definition of Lifetime
For purposes of this warranty, “lifetime” refers solely to the functional service life of the product as determined by Breach Pro under normal and intended breaching use. Breaching tools are inherently destructive-use tools that experience cumulative stress, fatigue, and material degradation. Failure resulting from normal wear, expected degradation, cosmetic condition, or end-of-life conditions is not considered a defect and is not covered.
Who Is Covered
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product. It is non-transferable under all circumstances. Proof of original purchase from Breach Pro or an authorized Breach Pro dealer is required for any warranty consideration.
Scope of Coverage
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only, as determined solely by Breach Pro. Coverage is limited to defects that render the tool unusable under its intended breaching application and that are not attributable to wear, misuse, cosmetic condition, or external factors.
Cosmetic Damage
Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, finish wear, coating loss, surface deformation, discoloration, or other aesthetic changes, does not constitute a defect and is never covered under this warranty. Cosmetic condition has no bearing on warranty eligibility.
Excluded from Coverage
This warranty expressly excludes normal wear and tear and all wear parts. Wear parts include, but are not limited to, cutting blades, strike faces, consumable components, and maintenance-related items such as oil, hydraulic fluid, seals, coatings, fasteners, or other components subject to routine replacement or degradation.
This warranty does not apply to damage or failure resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, improper operation, improper storage, unauthorized modification, alteration, or repair by non-authorized parties, or use outside the product’s intended breaching purpose. Use with incompatible tools, power sources, accessories, or techniques voids this warranty.
Damage caused by training abuse, repeated or excessive impacts, striking hardened or inappropriate surfaces, or operation beyond reasonable and intended breaching conditions is excluded.
Environmental and Operational Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage caused by environmental exposure, including but not limited to saltwater or maritime environments, corrosive substances, chemical exposure, extreme temperatures, or explosive breaching applications, unless explicitly approved in writing by Breach Pro prior to use.
Warranty Claims and Evaluation
All warranty claims must be initiated by contacting the Breach Pro team. Breach Pro reserves the exclusive right to determine whether a claimed issue constitutes a covered defect. Breach Pro may require photographs, video, written documentation, physical return of the product, or any combination thereof before making a determination. Failure to provide requested information may result in denial of the claim.
Shipping and Handling
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Breach Pro, all shipping and handling costs associated with warranty claims are the responsibility of the claimant, including inbound and outbound shipping. Breach Pro is not responsible for loss or damage incurred during transit.
Remedies
If a warranty claim is approved, Breach Pro will determine the remedy at its sole discretion. Remedies may include repair, replacement with the same or a functionally equivalent product, store credit, or denial of replacement based on product condition and service life. Breach Pro is not obligated to provide a new replacement for tools determined to be at or near the end of their service life.
Limitation of Liability
Breach Pro’s total liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the tool. Under no circumstances shall Breach Pro be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of mission capability, downtime, replacement costs, or personal injury.
Governing Law
This warranty shall be governed by and construed exclusively under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Exclusive Warranty
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Breach Pro. No other express or implied warranties are made, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where such exclusions are prohibited by law.
