OVERVIEW: TWO RAMS IN ONE
The One Battering Ram combines a lightweight ram and a heavy breaching ram into a single modular platform. Tactical breaching professionals use it to shift between mission profiles without changing tools or retraining movement patterns. The system maintains consistent handling regardless of configuration.

MODULAR WEIGHT SYSTEM
An internal modular weight block allows operators to configure the ram at either 24 lbs or 31 lbs. Operators add or remove weight internally, which preserves balance and center of gravity. Swing mechanics remain unchanged in both configurations. This design removes the traditional trade-off between speed and impact force. Teams carry one ram instead of choosing between two.

BODY DESIGN AND STRIKE FACE OPTIONS
The rectangular steel body increases stability and keeps the center of gravity low. This stability remains consistent across both weight settings. A 5-inch round strike face focuses energy at the point of impact. This improves force transfer and strike predictability. Operators can install an AR400 steel face for hard targets or a composite face for reduced-damage entry.

HANDLE GEOMETRY AND ERGONOMICS
Fixed-position handles support high-energy breaching and repeatable control. Both handles sit at equal height to maintain consistent swing geometry. The rear handle angles rearward at 20 degrees to promote proper drive mechanics. This geometry reduces wrist and shoulder strain during repeated strikes. Integrated hand guards protect the operator without restricting movement.

SUSPENSION GRIP DAMPENING SYSTEM

The BR1 Suspension Grips outperform conventional battering ram handles because they are not rigidly fixed to the ram body. Each grip is intentionally oversized relative to the handle interface and is suspended within an elastomer system at both ends. This creates a true isolation layer between the operator’s hands and the strike energy generated on impact.

Instead of transferring shock directly into the wrists, elbows, and shoulders, the suspended grip system allows controlled movement that works with the operator’s hands rather than against them. Impact energy and vibration are absorbed and dissipated through the elastomer before reaching the user, reducing fatigue and improving control during repeated strikes.

Tuning washers can be added or removed between the grip sleeve and clamp to adjust how much the grip is allowed to move. This allows operators to fine-tune feel and performance based on mission profile, strike intensity, or personal preference, similar in concept to tuning a suspension system. The result is a battering ram that hits hard while remaining more controllable, more comfortable, and more sustainable for high-repetition breaching.

TRANSPORT AND ACCESSORY INTEGRATION
The One Ram stands upright in vehicles or storage racks for quick access. Integrated sling eyelets and M-LOK slots support slings, QD cups, and future accessories. Operators can configure the ram for speed or maximum energy without sacrificing balance. In all configurations, the One Ram delivers two mission-ready tools in a single platform.
